Type in the details and the label updates as you go. Drag, resize and add text until it looks right.

What you see is what prints, to the millimetre. Serial numbers count up across the whole run.

Choose a Code 128 barcode, a QR code or none. A built-in scan check warns you if a barcode is too small, runs off the label or has something on top of it.
Upload your logo once and it sits on every label. Move it, resize it or leave it off.
Move and resize every piece of text, the barcode, the logo, lines and borders with a mouse or a finger. Snap-to-grid and guides keep things lined up, and arrow keys nudge.
Add fields such as Colour, Customer or Batch. Each gets a box in the form and its own text on the label. Rename, reorder or remove them any time.
Type in any width and height, add rounded corners, and for A4 it works out how many fit on a sheet. Save your sizes and your layout scales to fit.
Number a run of labels, such as 0001 to 0500. Any of your own fields can count up too, like carton or test numbers.

Save a finished label with a name and description, and everyone in your company can find it, load it and print it. Search, duplicate, update or delete, see who saved it and when, and export or import designs as a file.
Your company admin adds a login for each person and can reset passwords or turn logins off.
Layouts, fields, sizes and your logo are kept in your company account, so they are there on every PC, tablet and phone your team uses.

The scan check stops barcodes going below a safe size and tells you when a bigger label or fewer characters would scan better.
