Every tub gets a kanban card with a barcode, and every shelf location gets its own label. When a front tub runs empty, scan its card and it goes straight onto a reorder list grouped by supplier. When the delivery arrives, scan it in and scan the shelf to confirm put-away. It works with a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or the camera on a phone or tablet, and every device sees the same up-to-date list.

Add your items or import a CSV, then print a kanban card for every tub and a label for every shelf location.

When the front tub runs out, pull the back tub forward and scan the card. It goes onto the reorder list for that supplier.

Place the order, scan the card when the stock arrives, and scan the shelf label to confirm put-away. The card goes back in its sleeve.
Code 128 barcode, part number, card number (1/2, 2/2), quantity, home location and a lot-number box. An optional QR code carries the reorder quantity and location.

Thermal roll labels, A4 label sheets or any custom size. A built-in scan check warns you before you print a barcode that is too small to scan reliably.
Scan an empty tub's card and it joins the reorder list, grouped by supplier with order quantities. Add PO numbers, open a ready-made email to the supplier in your own mail program, or export to CSV.
Record the lot number against the PO, then scan the shelf label to confirm put-away.
Type any area name, such as Fixings, Paint store or Van 3. Each one gets its own colour on the labels.
Managers and staff each have their own login, and every change and scan is recorded in an activity log.

Custom size: any single label from 30 × 20 mm up to 220 × 300 mm.
Small sizes keep the barcode as large as possible and leave off extra text first. The smallest sizes with long part numbers are best printed at 300 dpi, and the app tells you when that applies.
