Free pallet label & despatch sheet generator

The free pallet sheet for UK fabrication and job shops. Your customer's logo, PO, order, part, quantity, weight, size and lot go on a clean A4 sheet in seconds, with no sign-up.

Logos and entries are stored on your device, so nothing leaves your computer. We only count anonymous usage, never what you type.

Pallet sheet questions

Is it free?

Yes. The pallet sheet generator is free to install and use, with no sign-up, no account and no limit on how many sheets you print.

Does it work offline once installed?

Yes. Once installed, the app keeps everything it needs on your device, so you can fill in and print pallet sheets with no internet connection, which is handy in a despatch bay with poor signal.

Can I add my customers' logos?

Yes. Add each customer's logo once (PNG, JPG or SVG) and pick it from the logo picker for every sheet after that. Logos are stored on your device, not uploaded anywhere.

Is this an SSCC or GS1 label?

No. It is a pallet ID and despatch sheet with Code 128 barcodes for the PO and part number, readable by any standard scanner. It does not create SSCC or GS1-128 logistic labels. If a customer's routing guide requires SSCC labels, use GS1 UK.

Why does it need installing?

The generator runs as an installed app so it works offline, starts from your desktop, Dock or home screen like any other program, and keeps your customer logos and entries on your device.

Which paper sizes and printers does it support?

A4 landscape, A5, two A5 sheets on one A4 (one for each side of the pallet) and a 4×6 inch (100 × 150 mm) label for thermal label printers. Any printer your computer can print to will work.
